InHouse for Realtors | Getting Started

InHouse is the fastest and easiest way to have modern and beautiful marketing packages automatically created for all of your listings. This allows you to maximize your marketing efforts and focus your attention on the things that matter most to you. Here are 5 ways that you can get the best results with InHouse.

Complete Your Profile

Once you have created your InHouse account you will start receiving marketing packages for all your listings. Make sure the materials are complete and with the correct information by adding your headshot, logo, bio, and testimonials, etc. You only have to do this once! You can also reach out to our team and we can help get you set up.

Use High Quality Photography

Quality photography can make all the difference when selling a home. InHouse materials also look best when you have at least 7 listing images. We pull all your listing images from MLS and make them accessible from the InHouse Editor so that you can easily drag and drop the desired images onto your materials.

Keep Your Listing Description Spot On

When writing your description try to avoid abbreviated words and all caps. InHouse materials look best when you keep your description under 125 characters. Keeping your description under this limit makes it so that you don't have to make any edits to your automatically generated marketing materials.

Updating Information In MLS

In addition to receiving marketing packages for new listings, each time you properly submit a price change, open house, or edit to MLS you will receive an updated listing marketing package.

Sharing Your Materials

Once you have received a listing email you can share your Property Website, Flyer, Presentation, or Postcard to Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin or Google +. You can also send out the materials by email or download them on the spot. At any time you can access these materials for your listings or any listing in MLS by logging in at app.getinhouse.io.
